Taking Flight

Episode # 15 -  Embracing Age- No matter where you are in the journey of life, you are older than you once were...that's just a fact! So we are all aging and all working to do it with grace. In this episode, I talk about ways to help ourselves and those around us to work through the very interesting process of moving through life in a different way. Helping to take down the 'scary' of evolving and help to embrace it. What if together the way we started discussing life's changing ways and the way we honored it innately become more intuitive and uplifting, rather than shameful and stressing?
